Our Plant

OceansFleet Fisheries' 70,000 square foot seafood processing plant is located in New Bedford, MA. Our facilities include 1 million pounds freezer space, a 60,000 lobster pool and 25,000 square feet of cooler space with room for expansion.

Our building is larger than most fish companies on the South Coast. Scallops and lobsters caught by our privately owned fishing vessels account for approximately 60 percent of our seafood processing plant's volume, assuring the freshest seafood supply possible. Another 40 percent of our seafood is halibut and salmon flown in from Alaska, along with tuna and swordfish much also supplied by our own longliner vessels.

Our seafood is processed and sold under our Blue Marlin Brand and sent to distributors around the USA and worldwide to be enjoyed by the public through supermarkets and restaurants.

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We have a quality control staff dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers as well as exceeding federal, state and local regulations. Our entire operation is HAACP & FDA approved.

Distribution

Our dedication to excellence has allowed us to recently secure TSA certification for our entire operation.

Products are distributed by our own fleet of trucks as well as through our distributors' transportation sources and sub-contractor shipping companies in the seafood industry.
