cod fillets, thawed if necessary
Melted butter or margarine

cup fine dry bread crumbs

tbsp. chopped parsley

tsp. each salt, pepper and paprika

Cut
cod into serving-size pieces. Coat on all sides in
about 3 tbsp. melted butter. Place in baking dish.
Combine bread crumbs, parsley, seasonings and 1
tbsp. melted butter. Sprinkle crumb mixture over
cod. Bake at 450 F 8 to 10 minutes or until cod
flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with
lemon wedges.
